The 18th century witnessed a synergy between courtly French music and emotionally charged Italian music. This program showcases impassioned works by Antonio Vivaldi, François Couperin, Jean-Philippe Rameau, George Frideric Handel, and Antonio Caldara.
Founded in 1986, Early Music Now is the only concert series presenter in Wisconsin that focuses exclusively on historically informed performances of Medieval, Renaissance, and early Baroque Music.
