The Six Wives of Henry VIII
This acclaimed quartet is joined by soprano Cecile Kempernaers in a musical portrait of the renowned flamboyant English king and his six wives. Contemporary compositions by the Dutch award-winning composer Piet Swerts are juxtaposed with original English ensemble music of Henry VIII and his court composers.

Esteemed British musicologist and Renaissance scholar, David Fallows, will participate in aseries of events related to Renaissance music and music scholarship in general.Fallows is also a senior editor of the New Grove Dictionary of Music.
