EARLY MUSIC NOW presents the ear-opening sounds of early music – performed by some of the world's finest Medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque ensembles – winds, strings and voices.

EARLY MUSIC NOW is a non-profit arts organization dedicated to the enrichment and expansion of musical offerings in and southeastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois by presenting historically informed performances and educational experiences by recognized artists and ensembles that specialize in music before 1800. Now in its 21st season, EMN has presented world-class artists from England, France, Brazil, Japan, China, Canada, Germany, Holland, Spain, Sweden and from the major early music centers of the United States.

EARLY MUSIC NOW is the only arts organization in southeastern Wisconsin exclusively dedicated to presenting the intimate and engaging Medieval to Baroque musical surprises that characterize its concerts. Additionally, it offers the community another equally compelling reason to become Early Music Now enthusiasts. Through its education and outreach activities, participants become time travelers through music. The culture, arts, architecture, business and commerce of the day the music was originally written and presented comes alive – charming, seducing, captivating and enchanting in ways that books and words alone are unable to do.
